TA Dedicated is committed to managing our environmental impact by setting long term goals then managing each day through our people and operations. We will strive to be a leader in environmental sustainability. We believe that a prosperous future for our business and the customers we serve depends on the sustainability of the environment in which we operate and live.
We will do this by:
- Improve Miles per Gallon (MPG) and Optimize routing to lower miles and reduce our Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Scope 1 Co2 emissions 5% by 2025
- Reduce the impact of Fuel and Hazardous material spills on our employees, customers, and public by improving our preventable crash frequency per million miles 20% by 2025
- Reduce our landfill waste by implementing processes and procedures in all operations and support groups
- Provide our customers with more environmentally friendly transportation options by 2024
- Review this policy annually with the Environmental Committee to update goals and initiatives
